Hilton Istanbul

OVERVIEW

Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus

Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus marks a new age in the group’s history as the first Hilton hotel built outside the Americas. At its opening in 1955, it was also the first modern hotel built in Europe after the Second World War, as well as the tallest building of Istanbul at the time. The award-winning Turkish architect Sedat Hakkı Eldem’s collaboration with the American design Office Skidmore, Owings & Merrill ended up with an outrageously timeless design, so the building still has a contemporary feel today.

Having been renovated several times since the 50s and today, the hotel welcomes guests with 500 rooms and suites, all with their private balconies or terraces. An executive floor with special perks, 27 meeting rooms including a congress center with a capacity of 3,000 people and its unbeatable location makes Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus the ideal choice for any business gathering in Istanbul, big or small.

A delightful oasis within the city

An open-air swimming pool overlooking lush gardens, once part of the city’s first officially planned park, make Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus a popular venue for wedding ceremonies and celebrations. The hotel’s privileged location enables the visitors to enjoy seamless vistas of the delightful Maçka Park and the Bosphorus, while they enjoy a meal in one of the hotel’s in-house restaurants.
